HF Fenix Porto

Second time at this hotel and it was again a real pleasure. The reception is really helpful. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The bathroom was recently renovated and really clean. Really worth the price. The breakfast has a lot to offer, is not too crowded and the staff is friendly. The hotel also has a bar with really good cocktails at affordable prices. And the location may be quite far from the center for some people but it's possible to reach the center by foot. We used a lot of Ubers from transport. There's also a shopping center and a food hall really close to the hotel.

Excellent clean and modern hotel. Stayed in a very large room, bright and spacious, and absolutely pristine clean. The reception staff was very professional and answered all our needs. The free transfer from the airport to the hotel is a huge added value: a private car waiting at the airport and taking us straight to the hotel in comfort. Booked a transfer back to the airport with the reception at a very unreasonable hour and the car was perfectly in time. It's located slightly away from the hustle of the tourist areas, but it gave us a chance to walk more and explore some very nice places. All in all, a very comfortable stay and we will repeat it if ever back in Porto.

This hotel was lovely, with spacious clean rooms. The breakfast choices were excellent, with staff being very attentive. I would recommend this hotel. Outside, there were always taxis waiting to take us into town, which are so cheap.

Very good location, nice friendly stuff, cocktails bar. Proximity to the historic center and to the big shopping mall with food court (walking distance, almost "next door"). Historic center is easy to reach by car, just a few mins drive. Hotel has its own underground parking with pretty good clearance, so, family minivan can fit without any problems.

Breakfast was good, staff was great, loved our room. we stayed for 10 days and would definately come again.
